She has deep subject matter expertise in business growth and change, market advantage, culture development, team dynamics and engagement.
As a sole proprietor, Kim works in partnership with like-minded independent consultants and company partners in business restructuring, financial analysis, data visualization, process improvement, and other niche specialities if and when needed.
