Our service starts with a conversation.  You know your business.  You know what you are trying to change.  We have the process, experience, workshops, research and tools.  We talk through an approach that fits your challenge or opportunity.  We also provide a scope of work to help you make your decision.  Once the project is approved, we develop a straightforward contract, sign required non-disclosure agreements, hold a kick-off meeting and begin the work.  If the assignment requires one of our partners, we include them in the scope of work with your approval.

MacDonald & Associates is led by Kim MacDonald, a professional facilitator, business growth and marketing strategist, change specialist and workplace educator. 

Kim is a 2x entrepreneur, with over 20 years of consulting, strategy and organizational behaviour expertise from work in 17 industry sectors.  She brings a motivating approach and high-level of client communication and collaboration to all assignments.  She has deep subject matter expertise in business growth and change, strategy development, market advantage, culture development, team dynamics and engagement.  


As a sole proprietor, Kim works in partnership with like-minded independent consultants and company partners.  Her partners bring other specialties to the table, like design, online tools, business restructuring advice, tax analysis, data visualization, process improvement, and unique areas of HR management if and when needed.
